How to create a MetaMask wallet?
Step 1. Download a MetaMask wallet
- Go to the official website: https://metamask.io/
- Press the button: Add to Chrome or choose another platform that suits you. The guide will be shown on the example of Google Chrome
- Next, open the extension by clicking on it in the Chrome panel
Step 2. Registration
- You will see the following window on your screen:
- Tap on “Get Started” and proceed to register your wallet.
- Next, you need to click on “Create Wallet”
- Create a password and be sure to save it. As a strong recommendation, avoid using this password anywhere else for security reasons.
- After you create your password, you will need to save and repeat the Recovery (aka Seed phrase).
- It will allow you to recover your wallet in case of any problems.
- Remember that if you lose this phrase you will lose your wallet forever. Please save it.
